New ride at Water World. The ride is called Turbo Racer it is an 8 track water slide @ about 22 mph. This by far is the tallest water ride in the world at 61 inches tall. This is a great addition to the Water World theme park. Many people were waiting in front of Water World all morning just to get on to the ride, some as early as 10:00am

Among other Cities with the same population and size Denver and the surrounding suburbs were ranked at the top of the healthy list. This study was done by Metro Denver Health and wellness commission. The study also noted that the obesity rate is on the rise and more that more than half of the population is either over weight or obese. Other cities that came up on top of the list were Austin Texas and Seattle, however Tampa  Florida and Houston were at the bottom of the list.

Now in theatres Transformers - Went and watched this movie over the weekend and i would have to rate it 4 stars out of 5. I believe this is a great movie with allot of comedy. A little boring during some points of the film and a bit long. All in all i would recommend going to see this film.

A trailer crashed and exploded on I-70 on wendsday 7-11-07. The accident happened around 6:30pm and blockes all lanes on the east side. Many drivers were detoured to US-40 however traffic was still heavy on both sides. Witnesses believe that the truck lost its brakes then rolled over and al they saw was a huge black cloud of smoke before the truck set fire. The driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene.

In Colorado Springs a soldier was sentenced to 30 years in prison for shaking his baby daughter to death. In April Johnathon Klinker whom is 22 years old pled guilty to child abuse resulting in death.

The county official would like to get the speed limit on I-70 reduced. After standing to the side of the highway County official states ” It’s one of the greates health hazords in the counrty” The Colorado Department Of Transportation will consider to reduce the speeds from 75 MPH to 65MPH

This 4th of July weekend NEWS

- Accident right off of chambers road in Aurora left a mother and father of 7 childeren dead after a tow truck had hit their vehicle which then burst into flames head on. Thier 2 year old child was the only one to survive the accident. Fater William O’neal and mother Karen O’neal did not survive this accident
